How do I order?

Choose a priced product, select its available options, add it to your cart, and continue to checkout. Products marked “price by quote” need a confirmed price before purchase. Additional written customization requests and quote-only pieces require confirmation from Mary. A cart or email draft is not a placed or paid order. Review the written quote and its delivery, cancellation, and return terms before agreeing to proceed.

When do I pay?

For enabled standard products, review the shipping address and total, approve in PayPal, then return to confirm payment. A payment is confirmed only after PayPal reports a completed transaction. For quoted orders, pay only after Mary confirms your order and total. PayPal and Cash App links are available on the Contact page. Any deposit or payment schedule is confirmed with your quote.

Can I personalize a piece?

Tell me your preferred colors, size, name, or occasion. Available options vary by design. Any needed proof or design summary is approved before production.

Shipping, pickup & production time

Online checkout supports delivery to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. USPS standard shipping appears separately before payment. Charges are set by product, not calculated live postage: combined orders use the highest first-item charge plus the additional-item charge for each remaining piece. Products without confirmed shipping charges require a quote. Michigan deliveries include 6% sales tax on merchandise. Additional customization, territories, military addresses, and overseas deliveries require a quote. For overseas requests, shipping, import duties, VAT, and who is responsible for those charges must be confirmed before the order is accepted. Production timing is shown on the product or confirmed with your quote.

Returns, damage & corrections

Contact me with your order reference and details if something is wrong. Applicable cancellation, return, and replacement terms will be provided with your quote before you commit; personalized and ready-made orders may have different terms.

Do you design everything?

Some pieces are Creative Keepsakes originals; others use commercially licensed designs from independent designers. Product labels distinguish verified originals and licensed work. Rights and any required attribution are checked before an order is accepted.

Can I buy an STL or design file?

No. This storefront offers physical products. Third-party digital design files are not sold, shared, or redistributed.

How do fundraisers work?

Each campaign needs an agreed collection, pricing, proceeds, dates, and delivery plan. The Hesperia Band fundraiser remains in preparation until those details are approved. No fundraising percentage or proceeds are promised before agreement.

What information does this site use?

Your quote cart stores item choices and customization notes in this browser. Avoid sensitive information in these notes. The contact form sends your name, email, optional contact details, and message through Resend to Creative Keepsakes for answering your inquiry. Your email address is used as the reply address. Hashed network identifiers and temporary counters are used to limit automated submissions. Copy and download options let you keep a request on your device; they do not send it to us. Payment links open PayPal or Cash App, which handle payment information under their own policies. For online purchases, contact details, the delivery address, selected products, and payment references are stored to fulfill and support your order. Payment card details are handled by PayPal and are not stored by this website. A temporary secure checkout cookie associates the payment with your browser. Do not send card details through the contact form.
